# Semantic Observer

> Research intelligence by Dobriy AI. Start with a project, institute or university website to build a maintained, source-linked research knowledge graph.

Semantic Observer is in early access. The BilAI Knowledge Graph (BKG) is its live public pilot for Bilateral AI. It contains organisations, researchers, papers and events extracted from the official project website. Coverage is limited to collected sources. Scheduled website refresh is configured; citation enrichment, full scientometric analysis and live change alerts are in development. New organisations currently request assisted setup by email; self-service provisioning is not yet available.
